Eh.... I think true extreme sport is more of a outdoor sport that involve high risk such as rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, snowboarding, skydiving etc...
Stand up fighting is what I would classific as "combat sport" or "fighting sport"

For someone that is extremely obese they may consider it an extreme sport. However it is really not!
