Uh, it's impossible for more than one person to be born in the same minute from the same mother so they can't be twins or triplets. Even within twins or triplets there is always one who is technically older by a couple minutes. So unless there's a mistake in the prompt, they are not triplets. These are the scenarios I have come up with:
1) The person is talking to himself/herself. He/she is both a doctor AND a lawyer.
2) A female doctor is talking to her sister, who is a lawyer. They have no brothers. One of the sisters is adopted, which means they technically have the same parents, and it is a coincidence that they were born at the exact same time in the exact same place.

When you say a doctor and a lawyer, people assume you are talking about men. But in this case, they are both women and because they are not twins, they must be triplet girls.
