I want to get him something really good though. We are both in 8th grade (13). So please help me decide!!!!

- something used for whatever sport hes into
- a picture frame with a cute picture of you two
- take him ice skating
- buy you both tickets to a sports game
- Mittins
- hat
- cologne
- Cookies =p
- A box full of things that symbolize some inside jokes you guys share (if any)
- a shirt
- a guy braclet (if hes into that) // make sure its not girly.. lol

I liked Patti's idea. Do NOT buy him something a lot more expensive than he got you. The reason is that it would embarrass him and you would seem a little rude or insensitive. How about a $7.00 T-shirt? Can you get someone to take a picture of you both and then put it in a 5 X 7 frame from the Dollar Store? And speaking of the Dollar Store, go look in there!!! There's lots of inexpensive stuff in there. 8th Grade boys might look all grown up but they still love toys. How about a couple of plastic guns that shoot small discs or foam bullets? That would be kinda fun. A Duncan yo-yo would be perfect.

You can't get him something too good this early into the game. Otherwise, he might feel threatened by how much effort you put into his gift. Get him something small that you can buy at a dollar store.

DO NOT get him something more expensive than he got you. Bake him something for Christmas (not cookies, since that is what he got you). Try fudge or peanut brittle or something like that.
