ok so i have really frizzy hair but it didnt use to be but it is becuase ive damaged it with my stragihtner what do i do? how do i get it back to normal?

If it is extensively damaged you will need to cut it off and start over, it will grow back, it is just hair. Do you want pretty hair or funny looking hair?????
