Alright, depending on how bad the bags are, this should help. I experienced this problem as well...but not severly. I had slight dark circles under my eyes. Neutrogena has a great line to help this. I believe it is called neutrogena eye brightening cream. It comes in a little tube and you can purchase it at a local drug store such a rite-aid. After a week of using it at night, I have yet to see any serious "baggage." It is decently priced, and worked well. What people below said about cucumbers and ice can help, but it is more of a temporary substitution. If you have very slight bags or circles then ice will help. :)

I read somewhere that "baggy" eyes are a natural result of water retention i.e. your eyes are too dry or just plain tired. I've tried this several times and it worked brilliantly, so you may want to give it a shot.

1. cleanse your eyes with one of those Optrex/Eye Mo or whatever branded eye wash things
2. dab eye cream on the eye bags
3. sleep in

You will feel your eyes to be slightly puffy the next morning - but it'll go away once you spash your face with cold water. Good luck!

Try washing your face before you go to bed with one of those facial cleanser pads, and also get more sleep.
