The only other force out there is God. The only other demension if you want to call it that is eternity in either heaven with God or hell with satan. Who you choose to follow will determine where you will be spending that eternity.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

For those who do not follow Jesus...

Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Don't worry about what others think about you, because it is what God thinks of you that counts.

Pslams 118:8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

Easy. Just find some quantifiable proof and you'll be golden.
Even just a little bit would do. You know.... like a photograph of God creating life, or a videotape of a man regrowing a limb while the prayer group was praying around him, or perhaps just a mathematical equation showing that the Big Bang had to be caused by a supernatural being.

I know they're all simple things, but just pick the one that works for you, show your friend, and you'll be good.

Well he has a point but you do too. Don't let this petty argument ruin your friendship. If he feels that way then he does. Don't try to change him. But make sure to let him know you believe in what you believe and that he and you shouldn't linger on something like that in life. Explain to him why you think there are other options after death but don't pressure him and be like (I've seen this before and its terrified me) "I can't believe your so stupid, don't you see Jesus will save you? You'll go to Hell and if thats your choice its your fault!". It was not cool. If you guys are friends lets keep it that way.

No, but you're not quite there yet. I would suggest that you both start doing some Bible studies together and looking to the ETERNAL LIFE FORCE that Jesus offers at the end of our physical existence here in this world.

God Bless you both.

Afterlife is one of the greatest frauds that has ever been perpetrated on Humanity, right up there with the other two big frauds, Jesus and light beer.

You're nuts.

You're not sure what the word "dimensions" means. And dying kills you, not teleports you. There are in all likelyhood other life forms (what do you mean by life forces?) but you wouldn't be able to interact with them on account of being, you know, dead.

Im a realist, so ill have to agree with your friend on this one. there is no definite proof of where you go anyway. people just say that because they are so scared of dying, and it makes it easier to accept. none of this 'life after death' crap. but definitely believe what you want and he will believe what he wants.. if anything pisses me off its someone preaching to me!

Well unless you have some evidence of those "other life forces" then you are really just making them up. It isn't reasonable to believe in things without measurable and reproducible evidence.

Your friend might be right. He must have reasons to believe what he does. I also believe that when you die that is it. There's no way to prove or disprove it.
