I too have naturally curly hair and thanks to all the straightening and highlighting I've put my hair through, my hair is very dry and frizzy. I use Dove's Advanced Care Therapy shampoo and conditioning system, which helps with the frizz a little. Also, my curls are much better the second day after being washed, and if I have to, I wear a shower-cap. For day to day control of frizz, I find that using a cheap hairspray (personally, White Rain Maximum Hold) mixed with water (half and half) helps a lot. I carry a small travel sized spray bottle of it in my purse at all times in case it's a windy day.

I have very curly frizzy hair too here is what i do now and it seems to work: I use a good shampoo & conditioner then I use a mousse and a shine serum on wet hair. Let it air dry if no time i scrunch my curls when i blowdry. Then use a finishing cream on the frizzy parts!!!

After you shampoo and get dressed, and while your hair still is a bit damp, put some gel in it, not too much like the size of a half dollar and spread it around, then just comb though. Good luck

i tend to shampoo once, then condition, do what ever i have to do in the shower the rinse it out then get another small amount of conditioner and comb it through and just leave it in. it tends to take away my frizziness and it looks natural too.
