Has anyone had a wedding at Spruce point Inn in boothbay harbor, ME? We are looking there, and it is beautiful- but expensive, we are trying to negotiate prices, any suggestions, advice, hints, etc, thanks!

Never had a wedding there, or attended one. But Boothbay Harbor is BEAUTIFUL! Just putting in my 2 cents. A good place to go is www.theknot.com. There are chat boards on there (go to the tab marked "talk"). You can post questions on there or even do a search of "Spruce Point Inn" on the boards and see if there is any information from other girls on there. I did that for my wedding that I am planning I got so much information from other girls including information about my reception site (I'm in MA).
