It REALLY hurts. Who do i tlk to. My dad doesnt live here and I dont have close relatives around. Would a teacher be the best person to go to? I have a teacher who im close to. HE has been my teacher and coach for 3 years. do i tlk to him? Just email him? I have his email at school.

If it's really painful to stand on it or walk on it then you need to convince your mother to take you to the doctor ASAP. You may have injured it pretty good. It doesn't matter how much of a clutz you are your mother should take you to your doctor to get it looked at. Until then, try an Advil or Motrin for the pain. Keep track of how much you take and when for the doctor. Also try an ice pack for any swelling.
Hope this helps and good luck!

Do not involve your Coach.

See a Physician for a medical opinion and treatment if required.

Some times...Rest is all that is required.

I play many different sports and from time to time, I get injured.

Good Luck.
