Why would they have a category for golf and phones but not cheerleading or gymnastics? I mean golf come on! No offence to people who golf but OMG.

I agree on cheerleading, but I dont think many people can relate to gymnastics. But people play more golf and both genders can play golf. Heck..I dont think people relate to cheerleaders too. Both of your subjects are only good to a few people, let alone limited to young girls from ages 11 to 17. That is a very small group of people.
Golf is a game that measures the worth of a person's achievements both in men and women that play this game! That is the main reason why its different from ALL sports and activities.

Probably because golf is the most-played sport in the world and everyone has a phone...
I guarantee you that you can post your question(s) in general sports and you will get some answers from some cheerleaders & gymnasts...
