Every time I open the software, it freezes up. Then, when I go to the Internet Settings, my Advanced tab pulls up a blank page, as well as my Custom Settings for Security. Why is this?

I agree with the others that fire fox is the superior browser, but if your a die-hard IE user (like myself, I tried all the others but i still use IE6) uninstall IE7 from the start menu and reinstall it,Yeah I know it does take forever, then go to your tools/Internet options make sure that !E is your default browser and also in any folder click on tools/folder options/file types and check which program opens .HTML and .HTM file types, it may be stretching a bit but make sure its IE, just to be sure.

Its microsoft what do you really expect? I havent upgraded because i know there are going to be problems, and i also use firefox so i usually stick away from IE.

See if there is a option to uninstall it, or see if you can use the system restore and restore back to the point before you install it, by default it will make a restore point before you install and you should be able to restore.

right click the desktop icon, pick start without add-ons.
The most common problem is toolbars like Google, MSN, & Yahoo.
remove & reinstall with the newer versions and your problem will most likely be fixed.
