I determined the ebook to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm simply worried that i'm dropping an excessive amount of weight, too quickly. I'll admit i have not followed the advisor exactly. In your first week youshould be able to drop 5 with no harm. Your getting rid of a lot of liquids during the first week, Next week it should drop down to no more than 2 lbs.

Eat more meat and less carbohydrates like pasta, bread and rice. Start swimming it will definetly make u lose weight and make u feel great, as well swimming builds up ur stamina like hell ur lungs get so much more powerful u wont believe. u willl be able to run for longer as well

Eat less, or at least fat free foods, like more greens instead. Work out a little more by adding different excercises to your workouts.
