When my girlfriend's fingers are run down by neck, I feel heated. However, when my neck is kissed, there is basically no feeling at all. When I kiss her neck, she reacts very strongly, and I am hoping there is a way I can feel the same sensation. What are some possible reasons why my neck might be insensitive only to lips, and are there any ways to increase sensitivity? Thanks.

Different people have different erogenous zones. Just because an area reacts positively to one type of sensation is no guarantee the same area will react positively to a different sensation.
It may seem a little odd, but guys seem to need a "firmer" touch than females. If you scratch a female with the same strength you would scratch an itch on yourself, she will perceive it as too harsh/painful.
On the other hand, what feels like a pleasurable caress to me feels like "tickling" to my hubby. We've incorporated this information and made the adjustments...hehehe.

Everyone is a little different. Some people like to have the fingers run down the neck and other don't. Meanwhile, some might like it but can't feel anything. I wouldn't worry about it. See if maybe she can try doing the kisses on the neck a little differently. Hope this helps.

Because the neck has a lot of nerve endings close to the surface of your skin that make it more sensitive to touching and kissing
