I tell all of the clients that I train the same thing, "diet supplements are just that, they are SUPPLEMENTS." You will not lose weight by taking a diet pill alone. You need to use diet pills in conjunction with healthy eating, and weight training or cardiovascular exercise. I say that before you even consider trying a diet pill that you make it a practice to go to the gym regularly. Diet pills are generally used by those in the fitness industry who want to take off those last few stubborn pounds of fat.

Lipitor actually works but you need to be enormous for it to take effect. And then it is really easier to eliminate all the junk snacking and fast food and cook for yourself, even without exercise you can get pretty far. As others noted diet pills aren't the best option anyway.
