Consider all the Islamic conflicts worldwide: Chechnya, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Somolia, Sudan and Dafur genocide, Chad, Phillipines, Indonesia, Lebanon, Palastine, Iraq, Algeria, Southern India, Kashmir, etc..
Consider how much all the civilzed countries of the world spend on preventing Islamic terrorism.
Consider how much is spent fighting Islamists, by countries worldwide (see above).
Consider how much money is given in handouts to countries impoverished by backward Islamic doctrines of governance.
If humanity could keep the trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars wasted on Islam....how much better off would we be? How many lives would be saved?

I'm sad to say, but it would solve about 85-90% of the world's problems. I wish that wasn't true.

I have spent years in the middle east, from experience, the islamic religion as a whole is not evil, it is a good religion with some very fine people who believe in it. It is the few that have used islam as a stepping stone to tyrrany that have broadcast a bad shadow on the relgion. Look at Hitler, a religious man who murdered millions, thankfully nobody put the entire religion in the category that he made all on his own. Another point being that no matter how bad people are, they are still our brothers put here by god.

We would be much better without Christanity. Without Christianity we would not have had:
The Schizm (approx 3 million killed in conflicts)
The Spanish Inquisition (estimated at over 300,000 deaths)
The Crusades (estimated at over 4 million deaths)
The slaughter of the Druids (3,000 killed world wide)
The slaughter of the Knights Templar (1,200 killed)
The Salem Witch Trials (300 independently thinking women killed)
The Holocaust (Yep, even Hitler claimed to be Christian, and killing in the name of the Christian God! His right, damn it, PS 6 million killed, give or take a few hundred thousand).
WW2 (We were defending the world from the EVIL of mankind for Liberty, Justice, and the American WaY! Under God, the Christian God)
The current conflicts in the Middle east would never, ever, ever, ever, ever have happened if Zionist Christians had not decided to invent Isreal and place it in the middle of the hottest and most contested real estate in the entire world.
Shi*t I can keep listing stuff all day. At what point in the day do you stop hating other religions? Awful hard to tell someone to wash there hands, when yours are covered in blood.

No they are not to pragmatic at all. They are idiotic instead. Look at all the places the CMhristians are attacking the Muslims in an attempt to take over their oil. The only reason these people are so religious is that they have little else. Poverty and ignorance cause faith. Not the other way around. I assume you are a faithful Christian.

i am sure killing of native americans, World War I & II have done by people who are not muslims.
for every country you mentioned there are reasons that involved to it, not just Islam. there is culture and individual behavior involve with religion plus occupation (Iraq , Palastin). there is OIL involved. are you only focusing on muslims and forget the other side of the story?
