The report probably read "marked disablity" - meaning the doctor documeted that you have a notable disablity of some kind.

Disability: A restriction or lack (resulting from an impairment) of ability to perform an activity in the manner or within the range considered normal for human being. (World Health Org)

I am no doctor but this is usually a 'marked disability' meaning being in or having a highly disabled state (not vegitative but unable to perform a task to a 'normal' standard depending on the disability). Hope this helps.
