I've recently lost quite a bit of weight, and I've gotten to a weight I'm happy with, 125 pounds.
But..I sorta lost the weight...not in the best way.
I'd eat for example, a fruit cup for breakfast, a salad and yogurt for lunch, and a few bites of whatever was made for dinner.
Then I'd ride the stationary bike for 10-20 minutes, aerobics for 20 minutes and sometimes dance to a CD if I had time.
Well..my mom talked with me and she told me I have to eat better, which I know..and I'm going to do..but my question is..
If I eat differently than I currently am, but still the same amount of exercise, will I gain weight?
For example, 2 eggs for breakfast maybe a piece of toast, a salad with chicken or tuna for lunch, and whatever is made for dinner,..maybe some rice, beans, chicken, or some kind of meat.
I usually don't eat too much, I take smaller plates so it's easier.

Will the change cause me to gain weight?

A protein source with each meal is important, so this sounds like it is probably going to be okay. Eating more raw vegetables is one way to eat more but not gain weight. Raw vegatables take longer to digest than cooked vegetables so you will not easily gain weight when eating raw. Celery is actually a negative calorie. So a lite tuna salad eaten with celery sticks instead of a spoon is a great choice. Half a cup of tuna salad and 3 celery stalks of celery, scoop the tuna salad with the celery stalk and take a big bite of celery. You will fill up on the celery, but you will still be getting the protein from the tuna. But the fiber of the celery slows down the speed at which the tuna is absorbed.
