I have a high stress job but have been off work for a year and a half on an extended maternity leave. I also have problems with depression/anxiety so this change makes me somewhat vulnerable again. How can I prepare to go back to work? What are some coping strategies and ideas so that I won't sink from physical, mental and emotional exhaustion when I return?
