How long do you think it would take to get back down to 125 pounds like i was 3 years ago?

Instead of tea and coffee you could only drink water because it has no calories like in tea and coffee and that would help get rid of a few pounds by itself (true). Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and occasionaly you can have a bit of snack food.

DONT LISTEN TO gwhiz1052, tuna and crab meat is NOT fatening and it is healthy, any type of meat is not fatening. Also some ppl have been tellin you not to drink coffee, ye it is a bit bad for you but it makes u lose weight it DOES NOT have a lot of calories and the caffeine makes you more active so u burn even more calories.Ne wayz u shud b exercising. Without exercising u can stay on a stupid diet for as long as u want and u wont drop too much weight. The best way to get a nice body is to swim, if u swim like 5 hours a week u can eat wotever u like and u still lose weight, running is also good but not as good as swimming

It depends on how many calories you lose vs. how many calories you take in. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than you consume. You shouldn't try to lose more than a pound a week. A pound of fat has 3,500 calories in it, so you should try to burn 500 more calories a day than you take it. So, if your body burns around 2,000 calories a day on it's own, you should try to eat 2,000 calories per day and then burn 500 more a day through exercising, for a total of 2,500 calories burned and only 2,000 consumed. If you are really heavy and can't start running, I recomend an exercise bike to get started. Also drink lots of water and get plenty of fiber from fruits and vegtables (you can also get some with fiber tablets) to help you feel full and eat less. It could take a few months.

Lay off the tuna and crab meat, fattening and not healthy.Easy on the coffee too,water if you can handle it a large glass before eating,fills you faster.I lose 80 lbs. eating foods I love,filling with water,eating smaller portions and a little exercise.I do not work out.Just take stairs instead of elevators.walk to store if close.It
is really not hard as long as You do not use the D word ,diet.I

i would have to say it can take u a hole month but it depends if u are exercising too cuzz with out that u wont loss nothing. And i would say take out that coffee try too drink non stop water for a hole month and see if u loss weight like that i did 8-10 glasses a day for a month with nothing but eating fruit, and vegta.... with a fish 3x a week and walked every morning and evening time and a bowl of special K in the moring too lol

doesn't sound like a very good diet.I went on the atkins diet 5 yrs ago and went from a size 16 to a size 8 in five months.The only problem I had was headaches from the caffine withdrawal.The only drawback is tha if you go off the diet the weight will come back.Good luck.But if this isn't for you I would recommend controlling your portions that works too.Along with exercise good luck.

You will just have to start counting calories, and make sure your daily intake is like 1000 calories a day, to lose a pound a day. There are some good fitness websites for women that have the exact amount of calories you should intake each day to lose so much weight. I get my info from Men's Health

well that is a small variety, you won't get very far with it. If you plan to do it, i suggest removing coffee since it has alot of calories. Unless you need your caffeine, which is unhealthy.

Personally, i feel that dieting wouldn't help you. Take me, i eat alot, like i am always hungry. But i am a runner, and i exercise constantly . I am 165 cm (which i think is 5'4") and 50 kg (which i think is 111).

Join a sports team to help lose your weight.

Well it depends on you, a lot a people see food and gain weigh, I can loose weigh fast, but I gain it fast too, eat healthy and the most important: don't give up, every person who is on a diet, have to always control their appetite, you but remenber you are not FAT, are you doing this to feel better, so don't go too harsh on your body and health, I think it might take about 6 months or maybe even less, it depends on you.
