above the 'g' in sag is a slash. Also there are slashes over the o and u in "sokuk". I'm not sure if the i's are just dotted in dikisi or if those are hashes too.

Sağ yan kal dikişi sökük.

It means "The seam/sewing on the right side (kal) is torn/unraveled.

I don't know what kal means. Normally it means "stay" but it doesn't make sense in this sentence. Maybe it's a special term in sewing.

It means 'The sewing of the right side arm is unravelled.'
