Well white teenagers are basically the same. My school is mostly white but a lot of people do the same to me. I get cut in the lunch line but just think all it is, is food you can wait and still get it. I'm a senior and all the underclassmen run into me and act like they run the joint so its not just black people who are rude. But just dont let them bother you and tell them that u walking fast enough and if they want to go around u and knock the person in front of you down then let them. Dont switch schools just because a few kids are rude and stupid. Just get over it and move on.

If you re having trouble at your school you need to talk to the guidance counselor . Let your parents know how hard youre having it at your school. I am sure they knew prior to school starting that this was a predominately black school. If you want seconds walk up and let the cafeteria worker know that you want seconds. I have never heard of a school cafeteria working asking anyone if they wanted seconds. Your teacher is correct you were talking in class. Maybe she expects more from you than the others that are yelling and being disruptive. In life things will not always be fair. You cant do what you see everyone else do.No its not fair but its LIFE.

Don't even worry about it man. Only a few more years of school and you'll be in college, which is the real world. If you want some contentment now, you have to realize those racists might not EVER give you respect. Just do your best to assertive and have a backbone, be nice, and do so without stepping on toes.

Take a recorder to school and record how these kids treat u and let ur parents listen. u c these kids are tretaing u like this because of history, white people use to oppress black people during slavery and some r still trying to opress black people now. Whites use to strip blacks of their dignity because of their skin color and because of history they r taking all this out on u. black people are rising above their opprssors, ia m sort of proud but not in the way they r treating u.

i would go see your school counsler and tell her or him how you feel.. i would cry everyday after school and when your parents ask you whats wrong say "you know, you just don't care" and leave it at that and if they say something else be like "i already told you whats wrong and you dont' care, so why talk about it again, theres no point" and see if that helps.. other then that sweetie i will pray for you and for things to get better.. i wish that type of treatment on no one.. good luck and best wishes! hope you have a merry christmas and a very happy new year!

Stand up for yourself. if you let them just push you around then dont be surprised if it continues. If you want respect then you have to earn it or else there just going to keep pushing you around because they can and nothing is stopping them.
When it comes to the racism.. you have to act. Do you realize how serious it is? Do something - tell someone. You cant just ignore it.
Good luck.

Yep, if you're different you get shi.t on, no matter who you are or who the majority is.
If your parents won't listen to you, then try some non-violent protest. Just refuse to go to school. Lie in your bed, sit in a chair, whatever. If your parents want to lift you up, put you in the car and deposit you on school grounds, let them. But don't lift a finger to help them.
This was a technique used by a guy named Martin Luther King Jr. :)

Talk to a relative that you can trust, maybe live with and transfer to another school. You need help - if your parents refuse to help you, you must find someone that will. You should not have to try to learn in an environment such as this. God Bless!!!
