The best excercise I have found for the chest is the bench press. If done properly it firms the pectoral muscles which lifts your chest. Slow controlled movements are the best way to perform this excercise. Always, I repeat, ALWAYS have a spotter present when performing bench presses.

Push-ups and bench presses, as stated in earlier responses, are very good. There's also an exercise you can do on a weight machine that I found even better than both of those but I can't remember what it's called, but, what you do is sit on a small seat on a weight machine at any spa and you put your forearms around the grip bars on your right and left and then pull your arms together in an arching motion. It's the most effective exercise for the lifting I think you want, and it certainly was for me, and it was such a natural motion that it actually felt better than a push-up or any bench press, so if you belong to a health club or have access to any weight machines, they have the machine I'm talking about. I'm sorry I can't remember what it's called right now. God Bless you.

the male version of push ups builds up the pectoral muscles....I have implants, when the doctor did the surgery he said I had the thickest pecs he has ever seen. I went from an A to a full C with 280 cc's. The norm for a full C is 360 cc's. Dr. Fagella said he knew I worked out a hell of a lot!
