Because people take religion too far, but its the religions fault for putting into place elements which lead to this.

I agree in principal, however so often our views or perspectives on life are shaped by our upbringing, which in many cases is a reflection of the family's religious beliefs. True that life experiences also shape our opinions as well as our willingness to learn, self awareness and ability to be open to change, all which can countermand the 'conditioning' we had as children. So ultimately, I agree with both perspectives you present!

coaching somebody it quite is not right to call for a point of fantastic judgment and info from each and every thing you do is what creates those mad bombers. you will no longer be able to have the extremists without moderates to get people into the ideas-set that the "word of God" is in no thank you to be puzzled and extra on faith on my own. i wouldn't in any respect have the potential to cajole somebody taught to question each and every thing to strap a bomb to their chest and kill civilians. i might on the different hand have the potential to try this with somebody instructed all their existence that faith is a distinctive function. Granted maximum non secular might nonetheless in no way do this yet making faith a distinctive function makes it possible for those few to locate justification interior the "word of God".

Because everyone thinks they are right and that no one else's beliefs could POSSIBLY be right. People are arrogant and unwilling to accept the ideas of others if it conflicts with their own. The thought of being wrong about the afterlife scares the shat out of most people.

Many religions are like cults. They create actions that seperate them from others. Creating the us-against-them idea. The idea that "we are right and they are wrong".
Jesus never advocated anything like that.

Well honestly, it's because people are pushy and intentionally pick on certain religions. I do it too when I'm in a bad mood.
