Be YOURSELF!!!! Be funny if you're funny. Charming if you're charming. Compliment her, tell her why you like her and want to spend time with her. Let her know it's not hairy. No strings. And when she says yes, hold the door, walk on the outside of the sidewalk, don't let her pay for anything, hold her hand if she'll let you, tell her she looks beautiful and, by all means, wear cologne! (Guys that smell good ALWAYS win)

The first step is getting to know her. If you two already know eachother then you should work on building a relationship with her. It might take some time. She might start to like you if she doesn't already.
If you are already friends then I would suggest just going for it and asking her.
Don't worry about it if she says no, then at least you tried. It is better than not ever knowing after all.
But don't wait too long.
