I have a blatter condition that is a ***** when i eat loads of sugar. I know fruits naturally have sugar but i was wondering how much.
would a diet consisting of lots of :

eggs
apples
and raisins leave lots of sugar in my body??

eggs dont really have that much sugar in them but it depends on what you eat with them..

raisins have a fair bit in them as well as apples...

Raisins have a ton of sugar. Sugar is added in the drying process. Apples have a lot, but all natural.
Eggs don't have sugar.

Out of the 3, raisins have the most, apples next, eggs third.

Eggs......no.......fruits......tons of natural sugar....lots of carbs
