go on a diet.
1. only eat nutritional foods such as fruit, vegetables, salad,
2. NO JUNK FOOD no more mcdonalds missie :)
-that includes potato chips, pudding, stuff with lots of sugar and fat in it
3. Start a diary
-it helps if you start an eating diary to watch what you are eating each day. also if you have a scare write down in your diary how much you weigh each day so you can track your improvement
4. EXERCISE!!!
-I know you might hate excercising, but it really works wonders on your body if you do the right stuff. what really helps to lose weight in your stomach is crunches and curlups, to lose weight in the arms do push ups (even if you hate them, start small and work your way up), to lose weight in the legs try to sit against a wall and have your legs at a 90 degree angle and hold it there with your back pressed against the wall, and do squats, which is where you stand up, then squat down (not too far down) and stand up and squat down.
5. SELF CONTROL!!!!
I hope that these five tips helped! and i hope that you loose the weight that you want to lose! :-D

Losing weight must be done healthy otherwise you'll gain it all back and then some. I suggest you watch how much you eat, don't place yourself on a diet. Even the word DIET will cause people to fail when trying to lose because you limit yourself so much.
Cut out salt, limit yourself to 2 sodas per day ( if you must have one) drink plenty of water (if your not a water fan, try the new Tropicana Summer Lemon flavored water, its awesome!) No fried foods, Try your best to get in at least 30 mins-60 mins of exercise 5 days a week.
At work instead of eating out with everyone or however carry yourself one of the new Slim Fast Meal bars (control hugar) Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veggies. Instead of using regular butter use I can't belive it's not butter. Baked chicken, fish and turkey are your best bets. No Sugar .. use splenda and the like.
If your a on the go person try the frozen food isles they contain the right amount of items needed.. (Healthy Choice etc)
As time goes on increase your exercise intensity.. healthy weight lose it about 1-2 lbs per week and your looking at 2 months so it's a high chance you could lose 8-10 lbs and keep it off.
I'd also suggest doing a cleanse detox to help you don't forget to take a multi-V also.. It may not be a lot of weight but in no time you'll lose all the weight you want without fear of it coming back because you aren't subjecting yourself to diet pills which don't work in the long run.
Keep a food dairy this will also trigger your mind into staying focused on losing weight and reaching your goal.
Good luck you'll do it!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. 10 lbs is the most I can lose in 2 months. I exercise and eat healthy food. I eat in portions too. I cut down sweets by replacing it with fruits. I eat apples everyday. No junk foods. If you can't help it maybe 5-10 pieces will do. Also, if I'm tempted to have another slice of cake I always picture my clothes not fitting me perfectly when i gain weight. Goodluck!

A very simple and healthy way to loose weight is to eat off a smaller plate. This allows your mind to think that it is eating more food than is actually consumed. By eating smaller meals several times a day you will keep your blood sugar level and you will not feel hunger. Also, it is very very important to drink at least half your current weight in ounces of water each day.

Go on a high protein diet, Akiens. You can get the book at the library. The first two weeks are the hardest on this diet, but you can lose about 5-10 in a week .
Then you have to stay on the diet for that time but the diet gets easier. Exercise will help you slim down faster and also firm your muscles

Diet and excercise is the only healthy way to lose weight. There is a good chance you will gain back more than you lose if the loss is too fast!

Liposuction. If you don't want that i suggest you run every morning.
Fact: it takes 2 weeks before a workout can show results.
Hmm, two months.. Valentines day?
Just remember that diets don't do much, as your body adapts to your low calorie intake, so you don't burn much fat.
