Don't get hung up on weight! Keep track of inches lost or gained to get a true reading of where you stand. If you are lifting weights then you will add muscle mass which adds weight but this is not a bad thing. Muscle weighs more than fat so be careful not to confuse the two. It sounds like you have a sweet tooth so here is some advice. Don't cut out sweets all together! Use moderation and common sense. If you want a blueberry muffin then have 1 blueberry muffin. If you completely deny yourself these sweets completely you will eventually break down and binge on them.

judging from the menu you are taking in too much
processed sugars causing a b-vitamin deficiency which
will cause you to crave more carbs of that type. you ironicaly might not be taking in enough calories.
one question, your 5/4 and 112? 112lbs maynot be overweight, and i'm at a loss as to how you can be 23%
bodyfat,if you are correct then your menu explains it.
try this, eat the fruit and or yugurt as the snack meals.
loose the ovaltine except as maybe one meal replacement
shake,or snack. your lunch and dinner are wayoff.try a chicken sandwich, carrots and an apple, for dinner try
a tuna salad sandwich with baked potato chips,a serving of grapes and for desert maybe some applesauce
unsweetened.vary the menu and maybe follow this guideline, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince,
and supper like a poor person

Are you obese???? no, you are more than fine and perfect......... don't let your weigh control yourself, it doesn't determine your brain and heart does it? no, I felt like that too and I lost 20 pounds every 2 week! and I had more than a cute figure, I was shorter and weight almost 20 pounds more than you! and I had such a cute body for then a 12 year old, eat what you want, eating what you are suppose to eat won't fatten you, live your life and think as yourself as a beautiful person, do you want your children when you have one be a sickly skinny child?

Worrying just makes things worse. Take a deep breathe. look around you and see how many people probebly want to be in your shoes..or I should say body. I think you should appreciate your body and also stay healthy. It's ok to eat junk food little by little everday, it's ok. Just excersize and eat right even with those delicious little snacks. You have nothing to be worried about.

You are not fat and your diet, while it is unhealthy, is ok for your age because a lot of teens have high metabolism. But, you might not want to keep eating that way once you reach about 25 years old.

Well your fine for your age.

Personally, i always look at the nutrition facts before i eat, so if it has high sugar, tons of calories, or fat, i get disgusted and don't eat it. This way, i haven't had ice cream for around 5 months, and soda for 3.

Designate one day out of a week where you give yourself permission to eat the sweets that you like.
