Are you asking whether you'd lose weight if you ate ONLY the listed foods?
If you ate too much of them, no.
If you ate them in moderation, sure. But I wouldn't recommend caffeine in any event; sure it can speed up metabolism somewhat, but studies also show that it spikes blood sugar and insulin levels, which leads to insulin resistance....which makes weight loss harder, in addition to being associated with diabetes and cardiac disease. So if you're planning to drink coffee because you want to lose weight, don't bother; any weightloss benefits it has are negligible, and there's evidence that it could impede weight loss.
Also, if you care about mercury levels go easy on the tuna.

Please try to relax, and I know what it's like to quit smoking.
I ate chewing gum in every flavor I could find. Then hard candy, then I decide to get up and take a quick walk everytime I wanted to smoke. It worked - and that was when I was 19 going on 20, a "gajillion years ago".
Go back to basics.
1. Breakfast everyday - o's are ok with some type of non-fat or rice dream (rice drink - and it's much better for the body than regular milk which causes too much slowing down digestion), or non-fat milk
2. Add fruit after breakfast
3. Bring snacks - grapes are good, and raisens are too!
4. Add vegetables to every meal.
5. Drink plenty of water - 8-10 glasses a day
6. Crab meat is high in cholesterol - but ok
7. Tuna and salmon at least 2 x per week
8. Forget white sugar, white bread, white flour, and reg. pasta.
9. Use splenda (0 calories) (not aspartame),
10. Use 8-12 grain bread, grain pasta (less carbohydrates),
11. Try yogurt for a snack, and check low-fat, and low carb
12. forget soda
13. Get motivated by going up and down the steps everyday for at least 3-5 minutes. Or get up and walk around for 3-5 minutes, and then you may increase it later. I'm trying to add to what you already do. Do this especially when you feel nervous.
14. Smile, yes everytime you pass a mirror, a big smile, because you're taking back control of your life.
15. Here's the hard part.
Make a list of what's bugging you, what names you call yourself, what others have said, and write it all down/.
16. Make a list of what qualities you like in others.
17. Take the what's bugging you list and tear it up and throw it away. It served a purpose to make you face it's not what you eat, it's what's eating you.
18. Everytime you're tempted to give up, make the what's bugging me list.
19. Don't forget to pray, first for yourself, and then for your friends, family and neighbors.
Don't forget a gratitude list - 3 things each day for which you are grateful. Start with admitting you are taking back control as one.
GOD bless us one and all, always!

Anything the book of Leviticus has to say is for the priestline, 1Chr.6:1-15; Exo.6:16-23,26; Moses is from the Judges and [ 12 after the 40 years and Joshua ], Aaron is from the priestline to year 3460, [ 606 BCE, Matt.1:1-17, Babylon ended Judah kings and temple, 14 generations before Christ, [ the temple was rebuilt and priest continued to Zechariah at Christ ], now at 2009 CE ], that was 2615 years ago, there will be no king until king Jesus at his second coming with his firstfruits. It depends how much you eat, grapes are deceiving. 10 grapes is considered to be a serving.
This is not healthy -- you are living on grapes, crab meat and tuna. You need more variety. You need dairy.
You can try, but I don't recommend it.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

The seafood is good, if baked and not saturated in butter or sauces. Drink plenty of water and start working out. Free weights would be best with cardio. Start out walking for a good pace for 20 mins for a week or two and then increase in increments. Same with weight training program. Good Luck with your New Year's Resolution.

You will lose weight as long as you monitor what you eat (low fat low calorie foods) and exercise. You can almost eat whatever you want, as long as it's in moderation. I've been trying to lose weight as well, and I got into the Nutrisystem diet. They send you the food that you need to eat, and it's perfectly portioned so that you aren't eating too much. No matter which path you choose, good luck and stick to it! You can do it!

Keep this particular meal between 400 and 800 calories. Serve yourself a smaller portion, so if you like heading back for seconds, you'll just find yourself eating a normal-size portion.

Music makes you eat more. According to a study by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to take time over your meal, so you consume more meal. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.
