we are having a party for new years and its just people in my neiborhood and he live like a long way away from me so i dont know what to do...

Okay, who do you want to spend New Year`s with the boyfriend or a bunch of your neighbors? If you choose the neighbors, then why do you have a boyfriend? Make plans with him to ring in the New Year together. I do not think you would like him to go to a New Year`s party that excluded you.

Have the party anyway, that's his issue, honey go out with a bang, have fun, get wasted. It's that time of the year when everyone lets loose, even the non drinkers. I can't wait.

have the party and trust yourself that you wont do anything stupid, but diffentaly ask to see if he will come. when i go to parties my mine objective is to get drunk and dance so thats all you gotta do (but dont make it to sexy like when i dance...ha, thats a good one)
