Please share your advises with me, I got a ticket a week ago and I can't lose my license, I really need to work for college money. Thank you all so much.

If you are looking for a free lawyer, well, my advise would be to go to court, plead not guilty, then request a court appointed attorney. He may not be completely free (the fee is based upon your wages) but it will be cheaper than hiring your own attorney. If you are asking about case law, www.findlaw.com is a good place to go to research laws, and cases, and it is basically free. good luck to ya!

I don't know about NC but in New York Law Schools have Libraries that have volumes of case law. Try a local Law School.

I doubt you'll find a free lawyer to take your case. there are some that work on a "no win - no fee" basis, but considering you will not be winning any compensation, you will not be able to pay your lawyer if you do win.
My advice is to get a bus time table.. And next time, drive more carefully.
