You can not reduce Ivermectin to Guinea Pig size without medical assistance. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. Give it a bath in a pyrethrin shampoo for cats. Follow instructions for re treatment. If you are talking about ear mites, try a good quality treatment safe for cats, or better yet rabbits. ask at a farm or feed and seed store. Stay away from any brand you might also see at the grocery or dollar store.
The pastes do not always evenly distributed the medication through the tube. Your as likely to over dose as get none at all when you try to go less than 200 lbs.

I would not "try to dose" anything until you talk to a vet that deals with guinea pigs. They should be able to give you a dose over the phone

This is one of those situtations where a free phone call to the vet is called for - he should be able to help you over the phone if you already have the medicine on hand.

Also, do NOT use the pyrethrin shampoo mentioned below. It even causes poisoning in cats, why in the world would you use on it on guinea pigs? Yeesh.
