I know what you should not be doing and that is falling for someone who is married or is engaged.
You don't want to be a reason for a break up.
And as harsh as it sounds, I feel sorry for your girl friend.
I wouldn't want to be with a guy who fancies an engaged woman.

First of all, foreign girlfriends rule. If you lose her, you wont find another like her. Secondly, the other girl IS with her partner, so she's not available. Women say things like that but that does not mean they want to run away with you. You'd be foolish to go after that one line...
