i have had a very hard mouth my aunt just got out of jail , my boyfriend that ive been going out with for 3 mouths is haveing 2nd thoughts abot us,my uncle is in jail my sis is in rehab!!!!!!!!!
I need help ive been feeling awful and all of the things have been happening and its so hard to indore in such little time . The hlidays are not helping this do any of yall have anything i can do to calm myself and feel better

If you are feeling that stressed out about it, then you can always turn to God. I know alot of people that feel prayer is the best answer for them in times of need, he never criticizes and always listens carefully.
Be there for your family in their time of need, and make sure that you do something on your own to clear your head. Here is some serious relaxation tips.

Go window shopping-Even if you don't have money, shopping for clothes, trying them on, trying on shoes, spraying perfume, seeing what clothes look great on you always give a lifting feeling.

Take a daily walk- in the winter, the fresh air can help clear your mind, and make your day by enjoying the outdoors and scenary.

Volunteer at a animal shelter- Dogs never judge you, and always need some TLC.

Or you could do yoga/meditation, its very relaxing and stretches your muscles, making for an open mind for deep thought.

Power naps help too, lots of H20 makes for instant happiness!

you have YOU... as long as you make sure you stay out of stuff like that, you're one constant that you can rely on. as for the people close to you, it's okay to still love them, but when they aren't doing things that you'd like to be associated with, it's time to move on. this doesn't mean lose touch with anyone, but things that are holding you back in life need to be set aside so you can see what you TRULY want more. as for your boyfriend, he might be great--but if he was THE ONE, wouldn't he at least give you guys more of a chance? otherwise, why waste your time?


i'd also try stress-busters--stay occupied, treat yourself, find something productive to do. or combine them and work on something that has a finished product just for YOU... this could be cooking something awesome, getting something out of the way that you've been procrastinating about (once and for all!) or making a project just the way you want it. a lot of people aren't this "type," but it's a total stress-reducer and is very effective.

you're not pathetic man.you know, it always helps to talk to someone...even a paper. try to note down all that you feel and then crumple the paper. you know the game SQUASH? when you have this racket and then a tennis ball? and then you just go and smash it to the wall over and over again. it's hoing to make you feel better. or you could swim. the idea of swimming is that no matter how deep the water, you will ALWAYS stay afloat. that's called bouyancy. it helps to sooth out yout nerves. or if you're a person who believes in God, you don't have to worry, because everything eventually falls into place. no matter how rough life seems to be, and it seems to go on forever, it always has very nice surprises. you caould just sit and listen to good music...not the rock on go to hell kind of music but the ones that are up beat. why, i even dance when i am in the dumps because of problems. :)
it's going to be ALL RIGHT. don't worry. you're very lucky that you are still alive and can still go on with life. be cheerful always. have a nice horseback ride. :) horses are very good company, right? :) they are so sweet. you know, i don't even like it when horses are attached to carriages. :)

No.. hard mouth is yelled or got mad at!!!.
Hey, you have to take sometime for your self and relax becuase it sound your the one in the middle of everything what u should i go it all the time!!!
Go somewhere u like going a park, lake , ocean, i dunno what you like and feel comfortable being there take a book, or a crossowrd or a camer and find nice spot and turn ur phone off for like a hour!!! I know life can get very hard at time but dont forget me need rest and time for our selfs also.

Just try to focus on the positive things in your life. You can't always worry about everyone else, you need to worry about you too. Read a good book, take a hot bubble bath, there are a lot of ways to relax even if only for a few minutes.

you need to get away from it all....spend some time with a friend or family member that is outside of all of this negativity. you need a break from it all and you won't find it in the smae place that all of this is going on. So, see if you can truly escape. Surround yourself with positive people and seek out the true meaning of Christmas. good luck and God bless

First of, u should pray.
Then mix eating, which is know to give of some whack sounding chemical that makes u feel happy. Then work out, cause after eating like that u need to burn it off and it also helps with stress

All I can suggest is to stay close to the stable members of your family. The boyfriend thing happens and there may not be much you can do about it. It's not your fault if it doesn't work out. It was just the way it is supposed to play out.

The solution is simple. Buy two books, one on spelling, the on grammar and sentence structure.

Now sit down and read, and read, until you learn how to communicate. Good luck, and I hope your mouth softens soon.

just think about it but if you start getting upset get your mind off it. when u start getting upset take some deep breaths and calm your self. as for your boyfriend ask him whats bothering him but don't pester.you should be happy about the holiday too.
