I can't recall the name of the liquor. All I remember is that the name sounded like an American Indian Tibe name.

You might be thinking of Tuaca. It's used to make a great holiday drink called a "hot apple pie".

You're looking for Calvados. It's a French brandy made from apples. I love the stuff! d:)
