Contact the police, ask them where's the main contact court clerk is if ticket is given to you on that street, try to remember what day you got the ticket so they can locate the cop who did it.

call monroe louisana courthouse and ask them for a copy of the ticket or the price of the fine and send them the money

Call the Monroe Police Department, or the parish police if that applies.
If all else fails, call the state police. I'm sure they could track it down for you.

Better get in touch with state police and ask them what to do because all 48 States and linked by computer and chances failure to appear will go to warrant and you could be anywhere and get pulled over and it will show up wen they run you on the MDS and you could wind up in Jail
