You are wrong..at 13 you do need more sleep and it's pretty obvious if you are falling asleep in the middle of the day. You should be in bed by 10PM.
How can you say you don't need that much sleep if you can't even stay awake during the day?

Me thinks you spend too many late night hours? You need at least 8-10 hours of sleep at night so that you don't need to sleep in class. I have a 17 year old that has similar problems. If you need to take a nap in the afternoon, set an alarm clock so you sleep for no more than 1 hours or you will never be able to get on a good night schedule. Also, if you go to bed at the same time every night, even on weekends and get up at the same time, it will help your internal sleep clock get regulated so you can get the rest you need at night.

Judging by your grammer and spelling you really need to stay awake in class. Maybe you should try to go to bed earlier?
well obviously 1130-12 bedtime is to late if you are so tired you are falling asleep sitting there. Maybe you shoudl try an earlier bedtime like 930-10. most teens need 8-10 hrs of sleep a night.
and yes, a 9 year old needs to be supervised, you're mom has a right to be pissed

Open a window and breathe in the fresh air.
Then, tomorrow morning, make a doctors appointment to find out why you feel the need to sleep in school, and are so tired all the time.
Do you need to change your diet? Get good, well balanced meals inside of you, and try a multivitamin.
PS A nine year old NEEDS to be watched!

Nah, she's not trippin'. I'd-a been pissed if my 9 year old son wasn't being watched, too! If you can't handle the simple task of babysitting your brother, maybe she should put some kind of restrictions on ya. I hope you're not on drugs. And stay in school, it really pays off.

You need to get to bed earlier and get sleep. And not fall asleep in class would be a great idea, you just might learn how to spell.
