you have not died yet. c'mom, there are pulses all over the body. Also, you're prob just feeling the pulse in your finger.

Means nothing except you have an artery there that is close enough to the surface of the skin and is large enough in diameter for you to feel. I agree, though, that is means you're alive. What are you doing that would require you to feel your middle toe, anyway?? Maybe you could find something more productive to do.........

It means that you have a large blood vessel of some sort very close to the skin in your toe. It doesn't seem like something to be worried about.
