1. rapist-- this claim is completely random please give me some support toward it. Islam is completely against rape and the punishment is death. you may think that is barbaric to kill someone because of rape, but i actually believe that rape is as bad as murdering someone. There is a muslim imam who answered a christian who said that that law was barbaric by asking him a question. He asked if someone raped your wife or your sister, what would you do. The man replied that he would kill the man, proving the imam's point.
2. theif-- this also not true. i dont even know where you got this from. stealing is forbidden in islam even in the smallest things. do some research before you make any comments please.
3. murderer-- people say he used a sword to kill people. but let me ask you something. would you consider a soldier defending his people as a murderer? and although people say islam is intolerant toward other religions, that is completely false. verses of the Quran are taken out of context with some parts conveniently left out.

I was conflicted about this also, until I read up more about it.
Firstly, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) although 9 years old had reached puberty. In that time period a girl who had reached puberty was no longer considered a girl but a woman.
Many people argue that a girl who has reached 9 years cannot be called a women under any circumstances. But ask yourself one question. What time period was that? The norm then is not the norm now. Marriages at puberty were completely ordinary. If you heard about a marriage at 12 years old you would not be so shocked because that is the normal age of puberty. you would think that it is better than 9. But a girl who has reached puberty at 9 is at the same development phase at the girl reaching puberty at 12. And when you think of a 9 year old girl you have the image of a small girl but a girl who has reached puberty at 9 is more like a 12 year old. So you cannot call him a pedophile. Yes, it may seem wrong to marry girls at such early ages but that was so many years ago and it was nothing out of the ordinary at the time. Do some research about biblical people and you will find that it was also normal for christians.
When the Quran is read carefully, you will find nothing to criticize. Please do not make baseless claims just to make islam look unpure in the eyes of others. Do not base your views of islam on the corruption in this world today. And dont mix culture with the religion. Thank you
