Everyone, babies up to old geezers, are at one time or another abducted by aliens, and a tiny chip is implanted in the skull, which can read the minds of everyone. Magicians are using special tiny computers in their watches that allow them to read the minds of those in the audience..
Even you have been abducted, but you don't remember it, because the aliens wipe your memory clean..

Usually its a math question, and how they do it is a string of mathematical numbers put together that always end up one number, the number that youre thinking of. Another trick.
Pick a number between 1 and 3. You are stuck with 2.
