No, there's really a 50/50 shot at which side it will land on, just like flipping a coin. The weight of the butter really has no effect. Check the Mythbusters video thru the link, below.
We have a saying, though, at our house...If you're the kind of person who always gets the short end of the stick, or who always sees the negative side of things, we'd call you a "butter-side-down-person".
