Well hon i see it two ways, you can try one last thing, get all dressed up in something you feel sexy and he would as well and try and turn him on. Something like that. If he doesnt, then you dont need the bum. Any man that would rather jerk off than be with their lover should not be with them. It would be ok for him to do that if he was having sex with you too.

if you love your boyfriend and want to stay with him, then it is time to talk to him about his actions. let him know how you feel (that you think he would rather be with his hand than with you). he may have some deep fears of intimacy or commitment, tell him you will stay with him (if that is what you want) if he seeks help. then help him find a therapist.
but...
if you just can't hack it anymore with his actions...dump him!
