No one would look at your knees when you wear a skirt. The blackness would go away if you put lotion on it.
Do exercises on your legs. One exercise mis a squat. That would make your thighs skinny. For your stomach do about 100 crunches each day. It is easy after about two days of doing it.

Lol, its the same for me as well. When I wear skirts, I usually wear like tight tight pants underneath that come around my knees to cover it. You can also wear long socks that come up to ure knees, or wear something like a knee... like a knee band... how to say... well, just cover it up.

Exfoliate your knees daily. Do leg-lifts for your thighs and abdominal curls for your tummy. Google it for a variety and deeper info.

dont know about the knees, but the rest could be done with some low impact weight trianing, and crunches for the stomach. and dont know what you look like, but dont be to hard on yourself....we all cant look like a magazine model.......;)

you can you flesh colored makeup, or go to the doctor he will give you a guick shot and it will go away.
To lose your leg fat run! To lose your stomach fat work your abs, and RUN! that will work.

i got the same problem besides the nasty black knees...maybe we should work out...but thats not me it doesnt sound like you either...so i guess...... you cant do anything....oh well not my problem....
