Are you serious? That is like asking if you have aids and give it to someone will it go away. Germs are germs and spread, and it takes time and sometimes medication to get better, not passing it on to others.

No. However it will be humanitarian to cover your mouth when you cough to avoid giving the droplets to someone else. It certainly does not help you get better quicker.

All illnesses especially viruses run its own course.
