Wash your face before you go to bed. No late night snacks or drinks. Water only an hour before bedtime. Get eight hours of sleep. Wash your face in the morning, use astringent (such as Sea Breeze) with a cotton ball to wipe your face (repeat until you end up with a clean cotton ball), and top it all off with Olay daily facial moisturizer

There is this over the counter that reduces pimples within one day by clean and clear. Not quite sure of the name, but the commercial gives great reviews. You should try it.

Wash your face before you go to bed and put on some type of acne cream with either Benzole Peroxide or Salicidic Acid (Neutragena Clear pore is pretty good), pull your hair back (hair creams and gels can clog pores), and change your pillow case once a week.

Are you washing your face before you go to bed? If you go to bed with oily skin, it could build up over night on cause that. Also drinking lots of water helps, and getting a good night sleep.

A lot of acne is caused simply by touching your face. Avoid touching your face when possible. Also, you could wash your face.. Spectro gel works well. Also you can just dab on them with oxy pads, those are good.
