Ok, My mom and dad hates eachother, so my mom wants me to live with her in Newjersey. I currently live with dad in Northcarolina.
I don't know what to do. She asked me a couple of seconds ago if I wanted to live with her. She thinks my dad doesn't take care of me..Like he buys me clothes,games,food. She says he doesn't care about me. I use to visit my mom every summer and christmas break now..my dad won't let me. Shes really upset about it. Being up there makes me really homesick. Should I just move up there and see how it goes? Or stay with my dad?

You don't say how old you are or if they have joint custody of you. I think your Dad needs to be more supportive and allow you to visit your Mom. Can you possibly plan a visit for the March Break/Easter and see how things are before making a final decision?

Search your heart - if home is in North Carolina then stay there. I know all mothers want to be with their children; it is the hardest thing for us mothers. I am a mother and I would prefer my son to be with me; but for his benefits, I will let him stay with his father because young man needs a father figure.

well.. id stay where id feel more comfertable... u should ask your dad why he wont let u go.. sounds totally irrational..
