Wash your forehead with a sulfur based soap (2x/day only) and your hair with a lemon shampoo. Overwashing though can lead to overproduction of sebum (oil) in your skin.

Wash your face in the middle of the day to get rid of the oil. If that's not possible, then use an oil blotting paper (you can get them from The Body Shop). Also, brush power on your forehead to keep it from getting oily faster, it will absorb the oil.

Rinse the hair with apple cider vinegar. Squeeze some fresh lemons to get lemon juice. Apply it on the scalp at least twice a week while washing your hair.More cheap and natural remedies for oily hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/oilyhair.html

try some anti oily skin products, neutrogena or evian

alot of water will help them clear out, check out your nutrition, fruits and veggies.

you can also steam up water with lemon and indulge in the steams by placing a towel over your head.it will help pores open up and clean.

dont use creams and oily products.

dont eat sugar and oily food as it increases the symptoms.

dont wash your hair all the time though..
as much as you do,the faster itll get oily..

uh why don't you start taking a bath LOL i am JK.. i know what your problem is that happens to me sometimes. I 've tried so MANY brands like PRoactiv neutrogena etc. BUT dude i don't think anyone has ever heard of this brand but i've started using it it's really famous in Japan, it's one of the branches of Dr. C-Labo, called LABO LABO, and it's called milk cleanser just google it. And it's not that expensive it's about 8.00 dollars for one bottle and it's VERY EFFECTIVE try it :) also it doesn't just REMOVE all THE OIL it leaves the natural oil that your skin makes so you won't breakout, also it removes make up and mascara.

What I do if your at school you can always go into the bathroom and "blot" toilet paper on your forehead. Also make sure you get all the shampoo out of your hair, this might be the cause of it. Good luck.

There are tissues that you can buy in the cosmetic section that you apply to your forehead to absorb the oils and yet do not leave lint behind as does Kleenex.
