If you block someone from sending you email, will that person get a notice in return, notifying them that they have been blocked?

Yes you can block email , simply by going to options in the page . However once you have blocked someone the person will receive a message saying " failed to deliver the message you hv been blocked by the recipient"

when I had Microsoft Outlook, there was an option I used that sent an automessge to certain people's emails, like, "The email message you sent___ has been deleted and did not reach the ntended recipient." It was in the Rules section.
