I work out 3-4 days a week ...i eat mostley right...and iam 6 ft wieghing at 160 pounds....is there a way to gain more muscle?...pehaps eat more? and work out more?

You need to eat alot of steaks and alot of pasta. The steaks are going to help with building muscle mass and the pasta is going to give you alot of energy.

As mentioned above, be sure you're getting enough protein, carbs and good fats. A good guideline is a distribution of 40/40/20 percent of each per day, about 1 gram of protein/carbs per pound of bodyweight a day. This should be spread out in five or six small meals in a day.

If you want to really get technical, try using a combination of fast and slow uptake proteins, and get a good simple carb/protein mix for after workouts (dextrose and whey are popular). Casein is a good slow uptake protein.

I suggest doing some of our own research, try different things and see what works for you. Be sure not to overtrain, and get lots of rest.

eat Moore fatty foods. it is ezzer and quicker to change fat in to muscle than if u were skinny and work out every other day
