how to enclose a utility trailer?

I am in need of a enclosed cargo trailer in Missouri, I currently have a 12ft utility trailer. If anyone knows where to purchase an enclosed one or how I could enclose the one I have would really appreciate any input on what materials could be used or where I could get info. on building one.
