After a good meal and early in the day. If you take it on an empty stomach or only light food it could upset your stomach, and might not be as effective. Lunch is a good choice, and maybe not more than half an hour after lunch.

Usually in the morning at breakfast,but some vitamins are simply stored in the body and used as need.

I take mine after lunch. It's a multi vitamin from GNC for women.

My doctor frowns on vitamins. She says (and rightfully so) that I should get my vitamins from food (a wide variety of fruits and vegetables).

I normally pop in my one-a-day and vitamin B pills during breakfast or lunch. As long as your taking it with food, you should be fine.

I just a doc on tv that advocated taking your vits just before a meal. Says putting the food on top of the vits minimizes stomach upset.

Mine says to make it the last thing you do before you go to bed...the vitamins will work its way thru your system while you're sleeping and you'll wake up all vitamin-ed.

Before going to bed is the best time. Sothat u cant face stomach upsets as well as side effects.
